Residential Space

The renovation of 32 lofts was completed in August 2006.  These 1, 2 and 3 bedroom lofts were renovated from multiple rooms that were classrooms decades ago.  Click here for available lofts.  Lofts at Wilhoit Plaza include free parking, secure entry to the building, intercom system to buzz in guests, washer/dryer hookups in every loft, stainless-steel dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator.  On-site community washers and dryers are available.  Pets are welcome.
